Job Description

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead custom fabrication projects from quote to completion. This role blends technical estimating, project engineering, and hands-on coordination across departments. You'll manage multiple projects involving plastic ventilation systems, tanks, pipe skids, fume scrubbers, and custom components for corrosive air and liquid handling.

This is a Manufacturing Project Management role, and individuals must have experience in a production-based manufacturing environment as all others from construction, IT, retail, or banking sectors will not be considered.

Relevant manufacturing experience may include:

  • Metal fabrication
  • Injection molding
  • Machinery manufacturing
  • Carpentry, plumbing, or electrical
  • Any other production-based manufacturing discipline

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm customer requirements prior to manufacturing.
  • Maintain detailed records and follow up consistently.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Review completed jobs to improve future project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and with customers.
  • Write quotes, estimates, and proposals for custom manufacturing projects.
  • Oversee engineering, purchasing, material control, quality, and installation phases.
