Job Description

Entry-Level Legal Analyst Opportunity | Hybrid | Philly or NYC.

Our client is seeking analysts from diverse backgrounds looking to further their careers in the legal and financial space as soon as possible. We’re partnering with a global leader in legal and business services known for its work on high-profile class action and regulatory settlements. This team plays a critical role in managing complex legal processes, from data analysis to claims administration, on behalf of clients across industries. They are hiring analysts to support high-impact settlement administration projects.

This is a long-term, temp-to-perm hybrid role. While much of the position will work remotely, you'll join your team in-office one day a week in Philadelphia or NYC. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals supporting daily operations.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Review, process, and draft legal and financial documents.
  • Analyze data in Excel and assist with budget tracking.
  • Support claims auditing and fund distribution.
  • Join daily team meetings and contribute to project planning.
  • Draft billing invoices and client communications with precision.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with data management experience.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytical mindset and quick learner of new systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal or financial documentation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
