Role: Director of Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to gaming, equipment testing, and safety.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with compliance, including legal, reputational, and operational risks.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Creating and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and ensuring they are effectively communicated and followed.
- Internal Controls: Designing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of slot machine operations and compliance with regulations.
- Audits and Inspections: Coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, inspections, and inquiries from regulatory bodies.
- Training and Education: Providing training and education to employees on compliance matters and ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
- Staying Informed: Keeping abreast of changes in regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Auditing or a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 5+ years in a Compliance management role
