Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Paralegal to provide support to corporate counsel with a focus on vendor and contract management, compliance research, and document organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist counsel with corporate compliance matters, including internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Manage vendor files and support the full contract lifecycle (routing, execution, renewals).

• Conduct legal and regulatory research as directed.

• Maintain systems to track contracts, compliance deadlines, and related documentation.

• Draft and review NDAs, standard contracts, and compliance reports.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and process information.

• Monitor regulatory updates and assist with policy and procedure updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on corporate, compliance, or transactional work.

• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.

• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with vendor and contract management processes.
